Just at 9.50 or so Ranju camebto say shebis getting admitted to Sparsh Hospital near Infantry road. Her oxymeter reading 84 or so.

Dr.Manjula referred her to this hospital and Ganesh has been influenced and he has told Ramesh and I am getting the call at this juncture.

Today is 09--04---2021.

Elections are going on in 5 states inclyding Tamil Nadu, West.Bengal , Kerala, Assam and Pondicherry..

BJP is gaining strength though I don't know about Tamilnadu and Kerala. 

IPL has started. From today it is starting but due to Covid situation venues are only Chennai, Mumbai and Bengaluru bI think. Have to check whether Delhi us there. Today's match us between MI and RCB.  

My eye us recovering and  I am expecting more improvement after about 40 days. 

I am missing you Rajesh.

My Dear Rajesh,

Today is 07--04--2021. 15 days are over after my left eye cateract surgery. 

Went for checking ntoday and I am ok.

The surgery was done on 24 th March 2021. 

I went directly to the eye clinic from this flat Sethna. Ranju took me. 

Due to some inept gadling my surgery was the last by Dr.Zamindar. Anyway  everything  went ok. As we had come early in the morning by 10 a.m. itself, for lunch with the eye band on only wevwent for lunch to Ranju' s house. 

We have to come back for removal of the band and the vision checking. 

Ollie, Ranjini's xatvwas there and it allowed me with mu hospital smell etc.tontouch it. Ollie kutty, lillulu etc I konjify it. We went back to the clinic and had vision test etc. Came to stsybeith Ranjini fir ten days. 

Next day at 10 itself again vision check..Ollie usually will sit on the wall. Ranjini will always say that Ollie is now a days always out of thr house etc. 

Ollie had from Ranjni a soup like liquid and just streaked out of the house. As we went st 10 Ram gad to lock as Ranjini's servant Shivamma has not finished her work. 

Somehow that day we failed to think if Ollie wandering about and did not lock her up. 

Appa was coming for lunch to Rsnju' s house as arranged..

As wevreturned after the checkup, and came to Ranjini's house shevstarted worrying sbout Ollie not being snout and started calling Ollie,Ollie. She searched too.  Appa came for lunch and was served..To a searching Ranju, from behind the house a lady who came informed some cat is lying in theur road. Ranju took her scooter and came back with a dead Ollie who has been knocked out by either a car back tracking or a dog who bit her in the head. Though Ranjini did not say to Appa that the cat was Ollie to ket Appa finish his lunch I sensed something amiss snd left my curd rice wsdhinb it off and went to the back of the house ehere Ollie had been brought in s bag. O did cry with my unoperated right eye having tears. Ollie is gone.

My Dear Rajesh,

The day is a Tuesday and the date 09-03-2021. 

That is a rain tree opposite to my bedroom across the street from the flat compound . As this is a first floor flat, instead of seeing only concrete buildings I see greenery. So since the summer has started this tree is usually the furst to shed it's leaves and the first to turn green with new leaves..it will flower too early. You have seen this tree in Mysuru too..it is definitely a big sized tree with quite a girth in its liwer bark with branches. Good shade too. 

India has won the test match against England and is through to the elf test series finals sgainst Newzealand which will be in June and played at Southampton, England. 

The covid vaccinations for senior citizens have started and all Mamas and Mamis other than Shobha Mami who is below 65 years are vaccinated. 

We both here are yet to go for cacvination as I am planning my left eye cateract surgery. 

I feel sometimes Joyous and able to cope up but many times the misery just builds up. The mind should be made more steadier . I know the fundamental problem is I am not happy with Appa. Never been. Wrong choice and when I think kindly then I am aware that neither is he happy with me. 

And you and Ranju are but the happy or unhappy result? Did you choose to exit because you foresaw the misery . Will Ranju be able to cope up with us two as she ages. 

Even after knowing every angle of the problem called life ,I am still not able to look away from the concern of money as security in life. 

If it is one aspect of living giving unhappiness in.life for a person I know for dure another aspect giving another person unhappiness. Happiness is not simply a state of mind it is the reality that happiness can never be a state of a being and it will always change that I am not keeping in sight.

My Dear Rajesh,

That is an evening from the bench in front of the lobby of this apartment. I clicked tge sky as I was sitting there after finishing my walking . 

It has started getting hot in Bengaluru. But I don't know whether due to age or my sensory feelings are getting dimmer, I am not feeling too hot. In fact I am sitting here on my bed without switching tge fan on.

Today is 05-03-2021. 

News from me 

1) Today is Malathi' s birthday.

2) The rain tree opposite to my bedroom on the empty site after the road across after Sethna' s exit and entry gates is looking green. Summer is here. Every year I watch it and feel happy. 

3) Raja Mama and Lalitha Mami has had their covaxine shots today. 

4) My left eye cateract surgery is postponed again as tge foctor is having some perdonal matters to attend. 

5)  As I want the same Dr.Zamindar who did my right eye,  I am choosing to wait. 

6) Raja and Lalitha have sold their Gujan flat and by paying extra has bought another flat in the same Gujan . Raja Mama is getting headaches every ten days 

7)  I am in a very changing improvement phase of my perception of the human being.

I will write again.

Be at peace my son. It is worthless to be  otherwise.

My Dear Rajesh,

That is Shruthi , at 4 months and 23 days. Chandrashekhar' s daughter. Looks like a doll, isn't she?

Today is 24 th of February 2021. 

England is here in India for cricket. Test series has started and today at Ahmedabad, a grand stadium is where the 3 Rd test is happening. Spectators ( I think 50000/) or do allowed and I see most not in masks. So the endemic is  likely to increase. 

I am going fir a cateract surgery of the left eye. It was scheduled for coming Friday,but as I want to to check for my overall health with Sudha Tinaikkar has decided to do it next Friday. 

You will be surprised to know that I am learning Sanskrit through the Sanskrit Channel . Imagine me doing something like that. 

I am able to participate in a streaming class 😀. 

It is interesting.

India has returned back to almost normal. Just as I was typing I could see a full bus with people standing pass on. But I am being careful.

And it is Hari' s death date too. 

Today Ranjini and me taking Appa,to ' Veena Stores' for evening tiffin.

My Dear Rajesh 

I  am definitely  late in updating you. 

For one thing on 2 nd. January  2021 I entered 74 th year of existence.  

73vyears old and tiday it is 09.01.2021. 

I have not wished you A Very Happy New Year  wherever you are now. 

Also though nothing special was done for birthday other than wearing a new linen sari( linen as a clothing material has come back) which was actually bought 2019 November or so,  I wore it on 2nd. Went to Ranjini ' s home for lunch. 

I will download me in that sari  for you after I write this .

India won the second test match against Australia.  Now the 3 rd.test is going on. 

Did I tell you about Ranjini ' s cat Ollie? No ,I  think. 

About 10 months back story cat delivered 2 kittens in Ranjini ' s car garage. Ranjini started feeding the mother some food and though the cat belonged to the opposite site watchman , the cat shifted residence permanently to Ranjini ' s garage. Just like you who also had a cat( remember our shifting the kittens it bred and our time trying to maje them go away. 

But now a days, the animal protection groups are rather stringent  and  once you start having a pet it is hard to abandon it. 

So these two kittens were given the name BQ as the shirt fit Bandud Queen( she was very tom boyish) and this cat which Ranjini thought was a make kitten, called nothing at all but simply addressed as BK( Boy King). The two kittens were really lovely. 

The mother cat again laid 4 kittens and Ranjini witnessed the delivery but unlike other cats the mother held on to all 6 kids send LO!!!! as the kittens( new ones are likely to be attacked mother was shooing her earlier 2 kids. Ranjini could not bear the pressure and she joined the Cat lovers group etc and managed to arrange for the mother and the 4 new kittens  transfer to an animal shelter with Rs.10000/ as money for the arrangement. She was very upset too. 

Again 2 kittens and mo time as breeding pets too are a costly thing with vaccinations, de worming  and as it is the pandemic times too many dogs in the neighborhood.  

So again through the watchman ' s son helping the very pretty BQ was given after vaccination and de worming, litter training etc to someone away in Kolar. Ranjini really got upset at the way the beautyful BQ need be sent off  boxed etc. and afterwards the pitiful clues of the BK who bybthen was named Ollie. 

Ollie us taken fir vaccination and de worming  to the Vet .and he said it us a girl cat. But the name stayed.  So Ollie she is and is totally in Ranjini ' s heart. She is neutered as otherwise she  also will be producing litters by the dozen.  

So the story continues.
